Make the community record clearer, not louder.
This is not an anti-Town website. It is a resident-led effort to collect transparent, verifiable input and make sure support for Mall Road is not automatically treated as support for residential redevelopment at Annandale.
Save Our Ball Diamonds
The diamonds themselves matter. Our petition and survey now state that retaining and improving the existing Annandale Ball Diamonds is a distinct, valid option.
Evaluate Mall Road separately
A resident can support a new or expanded sportsfield complex at Mall Road and still want Annandale retained. Our survey records those positions separately.

The Town's third and final Public Information Centre is Wednesday, September 9, 2026, from 4:30–6:30 PM at the Lion's Den, Tillsonburg Community Centre, 45 Hardy Ave.
This resident-led site does not replace the Town's consultation. We encourage residents to participate directly.

What the Town is considering
The Town states that no final decision has been made. Its current Annandale concept includes residential redevelopment possibilities such as 4–5 storey apartments and 2–3 storey townhouses, while Mall Road is being explored as a modern, expandable sportsfield complex.
The Town explicitly says the two sites are being reviewed together. Our survey separates the questions so residents can express different views about each site.

Why we created a second survey
Several residents have raised concerns about forced-choice housing questions, positively framed redevelopment questions and questions that combine support for both sites. Those design choices can make interpretation difficult.
Our response is not to claim motives. It is to publish a shorter survey that uses balanced scales, includes an explicit “save/retain Annandale Ball Diamonds” option and separates the two properties.

Lindsey Ambrus Mejaski publicly supports retaining the Annandale Ball Diamonds
In an August 15, 2026 public Facebook statement, Tillsonburg Town Council candidate Lindsey Ambrus Mejaski said she would not support the proposed residential development at the Annandale baseball fields if elected. She also expressed support for additional recreation opportunities while protecting existing parks and greenspace.
