Growth can increase demand for housing, recreation, roads, servicing and public open space at the same time. Rather than assuming which need should win, we want Council and residents to see the underlying evidence.

What exactly was conveyed, what covenants or conditions apply, and what will the September 14 staff report say about Council's obligations?
Has the Town fully evaluated lighting, parking, field upgrades and other ways to improve the existing Annandale facility before replacing it?
Can Tillsonburg add recreation capacity at Mall Road while retaining Annandale as public ball diamonds, recreation land and greenspace?
What do traffic, roads, water, wastewater, electrical capacity and other municipal services look like before additional residential density is considered here?
What is included in the approximately $6.3 million identified by the Town for Mall Road land acquisition, studies and development, and what would the full lifecycle cost be?
How will Council distinguish residents who support Mall Road from residents who also support housing at Annandale, and how will concerns about survey wording be reported?
